Description:
On the 2nd Sunday of the month Linea De Fuego hosts our monthly 3-gun match. We shoot categories Open, Tactical, Limited and Heavy Metal as well as CA-Legal versions of each category (Cal Legal is limited to 10 rounds for handgun and rifle and a bullet button on AR-style rifles). This category is designed to allow newer shooters to compete in our match with off list AR10-15 lowers and with 10 round magazines and be in compliance with CA law).
We suggest bringing 150-200 rounds of rifle ammo, 125 rounds of pistol ammo, 125 rounds of #7-8-9 shot, 10-20 shotgun slugs and 5-15 #4 shot and 10-25 00 buck to the match. We shoot a number of Texas Stars and those pesky MGM spinners with a rifle, a shotgun or pistol so plan to bring your extra ammo accordingly. If the MGM Spinners or Texas Stars are to be shot with the shotgun, the 00 buck or the #4 shot works well on them. We also may use flying clays in a stage or two at the match. NO STEEL CORE OR STEEL SHOT AMMUNITION ALLOWED!
